At 37, I want a man who takes care of his car and his home and even better care of his health. I'm not talking about those guys who are so narcissistic that they are at the gym 3 days a week because they're afraid to lose their looks and get old. Aging happens, get over it. Quit wasting your time trying to keep up with boys 10 years younger and enjoy the health and time you have. I want a man who knows how to cook more than Top Ramen and who will truly appreciate it when I cook real pasta for him. Not just scarf it down, belch and look at me and say 'Well, I kept eating it, didn't I? And then leave his dirty plate for me to pick up after him. I want a man who isn't afraid to grab me and dance be it in the drug store, in a nice restaurant or in our living room. I want a man who won't say You're a girl and you're not supposed to be pouring concrete. Move over. I can do it better, faster... Of course you can! But if you don't let me try, I'm never going to learn. And if you don't get out of my project, I will be pissed off for days. I want a man who can keep up with my sarcasm, my inner strength and my intelligence. Let me know if you think you are strong enough to be my man.
